David Dunning's response
David has been involved in the portfolio, programme and project management profession since 1990. Starting as an apprentice at Westland Helicopters, he did a Manufacturing degree at Loughborough and started work in the project management industry with Cheltonian International, Scopec, PMP and AMS. He then decided to work freelance with customers such as Balfour Beatty and Sainsbury before forming CPS in 1995. CPS started as a project management, solutions and a recruitment company but expanded to work with a portfolio of Microsoft technology solutions. David had been head of professional services and latterly chair. He has been an APMG Registered Consultant, Certified Management Consultant and has accreditations in Portfolio, Programme, Project Management and P3 Offices. More recently he founded and leads the Core P3M Data Club (which is a voluntary initiative delivering content into the public domain).
