Project Managers as Planet Stewards: The Evergreen Mindset
Hi, I'm Jo Jolly, Director for Natural Assets, Environment, and Innovation at Ofwat, and at the PMI Sustainability Summit I'll be talking about how project managers can become planet stewards. I'll be focusing on a mindset shift for project managers, to not be so much focusing on managing the symptoms like the project delays or the cost overruns, but really addressing the root causes of why those things happen and tackling them.
And also, realizing our agency and how every single project decision that you make can become an opportunity for regeneration and for better delivering better value for society, for the environment, and the economy.
