What Really is Strategic Success?
For several decades, project managers have been grappling with the meaning of success and the challenges of benefits realisation, especially for large multi-stakeholder projects.
My presentation will introduce PrubLogic to explain why benefits realisation by project managers is impossible, except in a few rare circumstances. I will demonstrate how PrubLogic provides an ideal framework for identifying milestone successes and the ultimate success of benefits achieved. I will illustrate the two types of success through a review of several of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
