From Play to Sustainable Value: Using AI and Project Management to Build Future-Ready Communities

Hello everyone, my name is Tao-Chang Liu and I'm honored to contribute to PMI UK Accessibility Summit 2026 on June 25th. When we talk about accessibility in project management, we often focus on reporting, compliance, or large transformation programs. But accessibility can also begin at the community level through education, inclusion, and capability building.

In this 45-minute session, I will share a simple and practical example from more than 20 AI learning and board games projects. This activity helps children and families learn critical thinking, collaborations, problem solving, and AI communications in a fun and accessible way. I look forward to meeting you at the summit and exploring together how project managers can turn accessibility from awareness into action.
